Commission Deposit (50%)

Only use this page after we have agreed a quote with you. Choose the deposit amount shown on your quote (50% of the agreed price). If your quote shows a different amount, contact us and we will send you a payment link for the exact figure.

How commission payments work

1. Quote: send your idea and references through our quote request page. We agree the design, finish, price and timeline with you in writing.
2. 50% deposit: pay your deposit here to book your place in our production queue. Work starts once the deposit is received.
3. Sculpt approval: we send you progress photos of the sculpt or design to approve.
4. Balance: once you approve, we send an invoice for the remaining 50% (plus delivery), payable before casting and finishing.
5. Delivery: we finish, inspect and ship your piece with tracked Royal Mail.

Cancellation: commissions are made to your specifications, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. If you change your mind within 48 hours of paying and before we start work, we will refund your deposit in full. After sculpting or design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design time and materials. This does not affect your rights if the finished item is faulty or not as agreed.
