Returns and refunds

Ready-made items. If you change your mind, you can cancel and return a ready-made (in-stock) item within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at liligadgetuk@gmail.com within that time to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will refund the item price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return.

Custom and made-to-order items. Commissions, personalised items and anything made to your specifications (custom and likeness silicone masks, custom masks and helmets, replicas of your own car, custom colours or sizes, 3D design and printing services) are made specially for you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to these items, so they cannot be cancelled or returned once your order is confirmed, unless they are faulty or not as agreed. If you change your mind within 48 hours of ordering and before we have started work, contact us and we will refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deposits for commissions. For larger commissions, such as likeness silicone masks, we take a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due before final production (for example, after you approve photos of the sculpt and before casting). The deposit covers design time and materials and becomes non-refundable once sculpting or design work has started.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, with photos if possible. We will repair, replace or refund it in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Digital files. Downloadable files (such as STL files) cannot be returned once the download has been provided, as you agreed at checkout. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix, replace or refund it.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
