Lead Time & Made-to-Order Policy
Made to order. Typical production time is 2–4 weeks after order confirmation (exact timing confirmed before work begins). Progress updates provided. Because this is made specially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production starts (unless the item is faulty or not as agreed). For larger commissions we take a 50% deposit before work begins.
